Swampscott

Saturday

Ariana Reny, 18, of 17 Cherry St., Swampscott, was arrested at 4 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at her home.

Sunday

Charles Genest, 21, of 47 Elwin St., Swampscott, was arrested at 5:46 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and two counts of witness intimidation at his residence.

Danvers

Friday

William St. Pierre, 30, of 200 North St., Danvers, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. and charged with drunken driving at 200 North St.

Sunday

Robert Forward, 54, of 4 Meade St., Danvers, was arrested at 8 a.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, following a motor vehicle stop on North Street.

Topsfield

Sunday

John McGrath, 51, of 6 Red Coach Lane, Hamilton, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. and charged with drunken driving (third offense), following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Street.

Jason McCann, 32, of 39 Parsonage Lane, Topsfield, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. and charged with drunken driving, following a motor vehicle stop on Grove Street.

Brothers Jean and Francois Serret, both 22 and of 180 Lake Shore Road, West Boxford, were arrested at 2:40 p.m. and each charged with assault and battery on Main Street.

Middleton

Sunday

Carl E. Rateau, 29, of 175 Center St., Apt. 312, Quincy, was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at the Sheraton Ferncroft Resort. Also arrested was Terence D. Kent, 25, of 15 Trenton St., Melrose, who was charged with trespassing. Police said there was a party in the hotel room and Rateau and others were asked to leave several times. Police said Rateau refused to leave and he was escorted to the door by police but gave police a hard time in the hotel lobby. Police said Kent went to help out Rateau.

Friday

Brian McDonald, 32, of 174 Sagamore St., Hamilton, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. and charged with drunken driving, illegal possession of prescription drugs and a red-light violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Maple Street.

Saturday

Deiredre Metcalf, 42, of 1 North Cherry Lane, Rumson, N.J., was arrested at 12:02 a.m. and charged with child endangerment while drunken driving and marked-lanes violations following a motor vehicle stop on Maple Street.

Peabody

Friday

Anderson Marc, 17, of 127 Fayette St., Apt. 2, Lynn, and a 15-year-old from Lynn were arrested at 5:15 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and disorderly conduct following a report of two people who fled the store with multiple shirts.

Sunday

Dora Kalogeropoulos, 37, of 58 Fowle St., Woburn, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct at a Harris Street address.

David M. Lucas, 43, of 11 Alden Road, Peabody, was 2:46 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery at his residence.

Denise M. O'Brien, 37, of 9 Lynnfield St., Apt. 2, Peabody, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery at her residence.

Dominic Baker, 21, of 57 Coolidge St., Everett, was arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with domestic assault, domestic assault and battery, and giving a false name to a police officer at a Franklin Street home.
