Christina Rivers, 18, of 26 Ellsworth Rd., Everett, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, trespassing and disturbing the peace, after police responded to a report of someone trying to break into the Citgo gas station on Lake Street. Police are also looking for two more people.
Friday
Police received a report at 1:35 a.m. of a fight in progress at the White Hen Pantry on Lowell Street. The person fled when police arrived.
Police received a report at 1:42 a.m. of people throwing fireworks at cars outside Buddha's Tavern on Washington Street. The person ran into a building when police arrived, and they're looking for him.
A man reported at 6:42 a.m. that a tree fell overnight on 4R Dennis St., landing on his 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was parked on the street. The Department of Public Works was notified.
Police received two reports of a sick skunk, and a skunk walking around in circles at 7:16 a.m. and 8:39 a.m. It was a baby skunk that didn't appear to be sick, but just looked like it lost its way. Officers trapped it in a box and waited for the animal control officer.
Security officers at the Northshore Mall reported at 9:33 a.m. that two Hispanic males, one wearing a Cleveland Indians hat and the other a Boston Red Sox hat, stole a Blackberry Storm, worth $500, from the Verizon Wireless kiosk, and drove away.
Gomez Rodemiro Mendez, 23, of 194 Eutaw Ave., Lynn, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. at 33 Pulaski St., and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicl, and giving an officer a false name and address.
A woman on Felton Street reported at 2:32 a.m. that there was a parrot in her bird feeder. Police dropped off a bird cage so she could try to catch it.
Police received a report at 5:10 p.m. that two pit bulls at 56 Proctor Circle had been barking all day long. She said the dogs had no food or water, though another neighbor gave the dogs some water. The officer reported the dogs indeed had no food or water, but do have shelter. No one was home and police will check back later.

Ian Parkinson, 24, of 34 Longview Way, and Christopher Tiburzi, 28, of 70 Salem St., Salem, were arrested at 1:08 a.m. outside the Eastern Bank by 125 Washington St., and charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct, after police broke up a fistfight.
Angela Chalifour, 23, of 110 Marianna St., Lynn, was arrested at 8:14 a.m. and charged with larceny over $100, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, and operating with a suspended licence, after police say she was caught shoplifting from Market Basket on Highland Ave.
Stephen Hyland, 58, of 20 James St., Beverly, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on Memorial Drive and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, (Vicodin), operating with negligence to endanger, two stop-sign violations, and one red-light violation.

Police received a report at 1:14 p.m. that the commuter rail gates were stuck in the down position at Boyles and Foster streets.
