r William J. Francisco, 20, of 260 Washington St., Salem, was arrested at 11 p.m. and charged with drinking in public and being a minor in possession of alcohol after police said they spotted the man on Palmer Street drinking from a beer bottle.
r Amanda Rae Boudreau, 19, of 21 Eden St., Salem, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license on North Street.
r Police received a report at 2 p.m. of a resident with a wolf. Police responded and found neither the resident nor the wolf.
r Salem Hospital security reported at 2:30 p.m. that copper was stolen from a work site on the property.

r Michelle W. Brown, 36, of 29 Rantoul St., Beverly, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery at her residence.

r Cynthia T. Callahan, 54, of 25 Ross Road, Barrington, N.H., was arrested at 11:49 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs at Motel 6.
r Tameisha Womack, 19, of 415 Cabot St., Beverly, was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct at Endicott Plaza on Endicott Street.

r Rick Best, 47, of 27 Lakeside Blvd., North Reading, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. and charged with driving with a revoked registration, driving with no insurance and failure to get his motor vehicle inspected following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 by Boston Road.

r Sarah Chisholm, 21, of 77 Lake Drive, Hamilton, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. and charged driving with a suspended license and possession of a prescription drug following a motor vehicle stop on Arbor Street. Patrolman Christopher Machain made the arrest.
