Middleton

Wednesday

Wynonah A. Waldfried, 50, of 1 Perkins Road, Middleton, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a knife) at her home.

Beverly

Monday

Sebastiao A. DeSousa, 46, of 10 Sohier Road, Beverly, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace and assault with a dangerous weapon, following a report of a fight.

Tuesday

Police responded to Beverly High School at 7:24 a.m. after a report of graffiti on a door in the new wing of the school.

Police took a report at 8:40 a.m. of the theft of 120 Klonopin pills.

Police received a report at 9:11 a.m. of a car break-in on Federal Street.

Police received a report at 1:15 p.m. of an attempted break-in at a Gage Street apartment.

Police received a report at 6:07 p.m. of a car break-in on Rantoul Street. Nothing was taken from the car.

Police responded to a Hale Street home in the 900 block at 8:44 p.m. for theft of silverware.

Danvers

Tuesday

Richard Sullivan, 36, of 1 Osborne Terrece, Hampton, N.H., was arrested at 8:42 p.m. and charged with shoplifting at Walmart.

Wednesday

Police took a report of a car break-in at 3:20 p.m. at the Liberty Tree Mall.

Peabody

Wednesday

Michael A. Mojica, 36, of 54 Proctor Circle, Peabody, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and a lights violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Lowell Street.

Kathrine E. Guarino, 26, of 18 Lynn St., basement, Peabody, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and violating a restraining order, following a domestic disturbance at her residence.

Oscar Ferreira, 30, of 33 Margin St., Apt. 3, Peabody, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to yield and a lights violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Walnut Street.

Fredy Guzman, 20, of 61 Henry Ave., Lynn, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed, following a motor vehicle stop on Summit Street.

Marblehead

Saturday

Joshua Rodriguez, 18, of 29 Bennett Road, Marblehead, was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, following a report of a man yelling in the street.

Wednesday

A 16-year-old boy was arrested at 9:24 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Salem

Tuesday

Allan D. Bosell, 42, of 71 Pitcarn St., Revere, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. and charged with violating a restraining order at a Loring Avenue address.

Police received a report at 7:12 p.m. of an undesirable man at Engine House Pizza on Lafayette Street. Employees said the man was putting his head on the table and sleeping. Police told the man to leave.

A man told police at 10:15 p.m. he was at the Willows when a man pointed a gun at him. Police interviewed people involved and noticed several inconsistent statements about the assault. Police turned over the investigation to detectives.

Salem Shell gas station on Boston Street reported to police at 10:25 p.m. that they received a counterfeit $100 bill from a woman who paid for $20.50 in gas.

Wednesday

Matthew D. Gallagher, 20, of 60 Wilders Grove Road, Newton, N.H.; Stephen M. Kennedy, 20, of 26 High St., Salem; and Matthew J. Nelson, 20, of 60 Moffatt Road, Salem, were arrested at 12:53 a.m. and each charged with disturbing the peace, following a report of a loud group causing a disturbance on Cambridge Street. Police said the three men were kicking over trash and recycling bins near Cambridge and Essex streets.

Ryan J. Mutkowki, 20, of 12 Wisteria St., Salem, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace, following multiple complaints of loud singing from the apartment.

A woman reported to police at 12:25 p.m. that, while walking her dog at Greenlawn Cemetery, a pit bull attacked her dog. The owner of the pit bull and the dog were gone when police arrived. The injured dog was going to be taken to Danvers Animal Hospital for a slight eye laceration. Police forwarded the case to the animal control officer.
