Salem

Friday

r Three boat owners whose vessels are stored at Palmer's Cove Yacht Club reported at 9 p.m. a breaking and entering. While two boaters said nothing was believed to have been stolen, the third boater, a Marblehead man, was not so lucky. He told police two laptops, two digital cameras, a cell phone, and a flat-screen television were stolen from his 46-foot sailboat.

r Reynaldo E. Ramos, 32, of 14 Fort Ave., Salem, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250 and attempting to commit a crime (unarmed burglary) after police received a report that someone was attempting to break into an apartment at 4 First St. The victim told police the cab driver followed him to his door and tried to break in because he wanted more cab fare. The victim said the cab fare was $15 and he paid $15. Police were able to track down the cab company and the driver, who was positively identified by the victim.

Saturday

r Police discovered graffiti on two buildings on lower Bridge Street at 1:46 a.m.

r A man attempting to repossess a 2007 Toyota Camry from a Rainbow Terrace address told police he was almost hit by the car when the owner's boyfriend sped off. The repo man from Somerville told police the car's owner volunteered to have the car repossessed. When he arrived, she asked to remove her child's car seat, and he agreed. Her boyfriend then said he wanted to remove his CDs, got in the front seat and sped off. The repo man told police if he didn't get out of the way, he would have been hit by the car.

r Iris Barrientos, 36, of 7 Leach St., Salem, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. and charged with marijuana possession and cocaine possession at the police station while she was being booked after her arrest on three warrants out of Lawrence and Salem district courts.

r Kathleen Burgess, 48, of 286 Washington St., Salem, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. and charged with marijuana possession and cocaine possession following a report of an undesirable in one of the apartments.

r Steven R. Flynn, 48, who is listed as homeless, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. and charged with trespassing at Lafayette Park.

Peabody

Friday

r A resident of Endicott Street reported to police at 10:46 p.m. that her home was broken into through an unlocked side window and a flat-screen television, a DVD player and jewelry were stolen sometime between 7 and 10:30 p.m.

Saturday

r Hannaford's on Lowell Street was evacuated at 11:35 a.m. after a report of a smoking electrical outlet. The Fire Department checked the building and deemed it safe.

r Kimberly Davis, 32, of 4 Emily Lane, Danvers, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. and charged with shoplifting at Macy's at the Northshore Mall.

Sunday

r Kenneth E. Vahey, 30, of 50 Keys Drive, Peabody, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. and charged with assault and battery and two counts of domestic assault and battery following a report of a disturbance at his residence.

r Roy A. Sanders-Riley, 18, of 10 Flint St., Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. and charged with receiving stolen property valued at more than $250 after police received a report that three men were trying to break into cars on MacArthur Road.

Beverly

Friday

r Tyler O. Fitch, 18, of 24 Lakeview Ave., Danvers; Sean P. Leppanen, 19, of 15 Lafayette Ave., Danvers; and Matthew J. Morrissey, 19, of 30 Hilltop St., Beverly, were arrested at 9:15 p.m. and charged with underage possession of alcohol following a report of youths drinking on Lothrop Street. Fitch was also charged with marijuana possession.

r Joshua H. Hays, 32, of 8 Butler Ave., Manchester, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. and charged with drunken driving (second offense), drug possession and failure to yield at an intersection following a motor vehicle crash on Sohier Road.

Saturday

r David R. Gagnon, 49, of 16 Courtney Drive, Beverly, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. and charged with drunken driving (fourth offense), driving to endanger, and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage following a report of an erratic driver on Bridge Street.

r Ashley M. Loranger, 19, of 34 Main St., Boxford, and Nathaniel A. Shirley, 19, of 52 Ober St., Beverly, were arrested at 9:46 p.m. Each was charged with marijuana possession on Ober Street.

r Jason W. Greene, 20, of 82 Livingstone Ave., Beverly, was arrested at 11 p.m. and charged with underage possession of alcohol in the 300 block of Cabot Street.

r Heather N. Fahey, 18, of 32 West Dane St., Beverly; and Allison T. Madore, 19, of 24 Giles Ave., Beverly, were arrested at 11:41 p.m. and charged with illegal possession of alcohol on Dane Street Beach. Also arrested was Ana Tassone, 19, of 16 Hale St., Beverly. He was charged with marijuana possession and another drug possession charge.

Danvers

Friday

r Walter Haines, 42, of 4 Prospect Square, Gloucester, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. and charged with drunken driving and speeding on Centre Street.

Saturday

r Wanderson Soares, 20, of 55R Locust St., Danvers, was arrested at 10:42 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to stop for a police officer on Liberty Street.

r Police received two reports of car break-ins at 3:21 p.m. at the Liberty Tree Mall parking lot.

Topsfield

Saturday

r Jonathan Fraser, 21, of 4 Valley Road, Danvers, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. and charged with drunken driving, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, speeding, a marked lanes violation and driving after license revocation following a motorcycle crash near 74 High St. Police said Fraser lost control of the motorcycle and fell off. Fraser was not injured in the crash.

Wenham

Sunday

r Priscilla A. Hobbs, 49, of 2 Chevall Ave., Salem, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. and charged with drunken driving, a marked lane violation and possession of a prescription drug (Percocet) on Main Street. Patrolman Shane Kavanagh made the arrest.

r Julie Batchelder, 33, of 4 East St., North Reading, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with a revoked registration, driving with no insurance, and no inspection sticker on Monument Street. Kavanagh made the arrest.

Marblehead

Sunday

r Paul Mazurkiewicz, 47, of 435 Essex St., Swampscott, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. and charged with drunken driving, leaving scene of an accident with property damage, driving to endanger and driving left of center after police said he struck a traffic light pole on Ocean Avenue by Pleasant Street.
