Salem

Saturday

Jason B. McDonald, 26, of 25 Ruby St., Marblehead, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. after a foot chase by police along Lafayette Street and through nearby backyards. He is charged with being a disorderly person and violating the city's knife ordinance, as officers found a 4-inch steak knife on him.

Katie E. Burke, 27, of 117 Congress St., Salem, and Jennifer A. Lohnes, 26, of 53 Ocean Ave., Salem, were arrested at 12:55 a.m. after a fight outside Engine House Pizza. Each was charged with being a disorderly person.

Mark Briskie, 39, of 116 Lafayette St., Salem, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. after police saw him and another man running down Washington Street. The second man could not be found. After a brief investigation, officers discovered a small bag of cocaine in his mouth. He was charged with illegal possession of a Class B substance. He was later charged with receiving stolen property valued at more than $250, after police recovered a stolen bicycle at a Salem consignment shop.

Angelly Pena, 26, of 42 Buffum St. Salem, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. near Congress and Palmer streets after he confronted officers who were arresting another man on a warrant. Officers advised Pena to leave but he refused and yelled at them. He was charged with being a disorderly person.

Dani Disla, 31, of 24 Rainbow Terrace, Salem was arrested at her home and charged with three counts of malicious destruction of property, domestic assault and battery and breaking and entering in the night with felony intent, after police say she apparently confronted her husband and another woman about an alleged affair. Disla, who was arrested shortly before 2 a.m., allegedly burst into the woman's Boston Street apartment wielding a bat and smashed a decorative dish set. She went downstairs and smashed the windshield of her husband's SUV. Disla also allegedly pulled the woman to the ground by the hair and struck her several times before fleeing. Disla's three children, ages 3 to 13, were in her car at the time of the incident.

Michael A. Pagliuso, 42, of 8 Michael Road, Wakefield, was arrested at 11:32 a.m. on Salem Street and charged with making an improper left turn and driving with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender.

Kevin Scott Eekhoff, 49, of 98 Bridge St., Salem, Ma was arrested at Bridge Street 6:19 p.m. and charged with assault and battery.

Sunday

Robert Alfred Burgo, 24, 1 Laurie Lane, Carver, was arrested at 2:59 p.m. at Essex and Washington streets and charged with driving with a suspended license and a marked-lanes violation

Beverly

Friday

Joseph Robert Marchesini, 49, of 10 Beacon St, Haverhill, was arrested on Park Street at 11:02 p.m. and charged with a second offense of driving while drunk and driving with a suspended license.

Jason Nicholas Moody, 20, of 24 Myrtle Sq., Gloucester was arrested at 7:05 p.m. at 10 Park St., and charged with disorderly conduct.

Saturday

Police received a report at 12:28 a.m. of a vandalized car on Cherry Hill Drive.

Police received a report at 10:42 a.m. of breaking and entering of a boat on Lothrop and Water streets.

Sunday

A car parked on Country Drive was reported egged at 7:47 a.m.

Danvers

Saturday

Thomas Gagnon, 28, of 10 Wilson St., Beverly, was arrested at the Danversport Yacht Club at 161 Elliot St. at 12:53 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Sunday

Thomas Carlson, 50, of 20 Indian Ave., Danbury, Conn., was arrested at the Liberty Marina at 128 Water St. at 8:03 a.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license.

A person who parked on Whipple Street called police at 8:21 a.m. to report breaking and entering of the car.

A person who parked on Kirkbride Drive called police at 9:52 a.m. to report malicious damage to the car.

A person who parked at Strike One on Route 1 called police at 4:03 p.m. to report breaking and entering of the car.

Middleton

Saturday

Lawrence Spenser York Jr., 40, 23 Ogden Lane, Middleton, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. at his home and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Peabody

Friday

A Lowell Street resident called police at 4:13 p.m. to report the theft of his $200 GPS from his car overnight.

Larry Woods, 24, of 9 E Cottage St. #3, Dorchester, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. at the Northshore Mall Sears and charged with shoplifting $100 or more by concealing merchandise.

A person at Joe's American Bar and Grill at the Northshore Mall called police at 8:32 p.m. to report the theft of a red wallet with license and credit cards from the break room.

A woman called police at 11:42 p.m. from Oriental Jade Restaurant on Bourbon Street to report the theft of her pocketbook, with license, credit cards, cash and cell phone.

Saturday

Police were called to Jennings Circle at 12:39 a.m. on the report of nine cars with their tires slashed.

Kenneth Vahey, 30, of 50 Keyes Drive Apt. 3, Peabody, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. at his home and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery.

A man in a wheelchair was struck by a car on Central Street but told police he was not injured. Nevertheless, he was transported to Beverly Hospital by ambulance.

Laron Vanalstyne, 40, of 60 Aborn St. Apt. 2, Peabody, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. at 8 Aborn St. and charged with vandalizing property.

A Sunset Drive man reported to police at 4:19 p.m. that his cell phone and $200 in cash were stolen from his bicycle while he was swimming in Springs Pond.

A Lowe Street man called police at 10:56 p.m. to report the theft of cash and prescription medication from his home.

Sunday

Nine cars were reported vandalized with a window smashed overnight. The reports started at 12:36 a.m. and run through 1:19 p.m. The calls came from residents on Lynn Street, Naumkeg Road, Walnut Street, Elizabeth Lane, Pontiac Road, Catherine Drive, Leblanc Drive and Crane Avenue.

Timothy John Shockro, 29, of 63 Trimountain Road, Nahant was arrested at 7:09 p.m. at 113 Norfolk Ave. and charged with driving with a suspended license.
