Justin A. Peach, 26, of 260 Washington St., Salem, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. in his apartment and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Sunday

Joseph Martignetti, 37, of 55 Cedar St., Woburn, was arrested at 5:27 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving to endanger, passing in a no passing zone and a marked lanes violation after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Summer and Chestnut streets.

Omar Cabrera, 23, of 34 Prince St., Apt. 6, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. at his residence and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Jamal M. Saleh, 28, of 35 Burrill Ave., Lynn, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation after a motor vehicle stop on Foster Street.

Marilyn Santiago, 33, of 10 Falls St., Lynn, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. and charged with shoplifting over $100 at J.C. Penney after a motor vehicle stop at Central Street and Wilson Square.

Phillip A. Mailloux, 35, of 19 Mount Pleasant Drive, Peabody, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery after police responded to a call at 19 Mount Pleasant Dr.

A clerk from Town Variety, 116 Central St., reported that he was robbed by a male with a knife at 10:21 p.m. The suspect was described as a white male, unknown, age, possibly five feet, 10 inches, between 150 and 160 pounds, and wearing a blue Red Sox hat and green Red Sox T-shirt.

Daniel Jollimore, 25, of 27 Intervale St., Lynn, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a motor vehicle stop at Kindred Hospital, 15 King St.

Friday

Erik Reardon, 26, of 2 Mason St., Gloucester, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. and charged with shoplifting from Kohls.

Hamilton

Sunday

Frederick Seward Jr., 48, of 156 Gregory Island Rd., Hamilton, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense) after a motor vehicle stop on Forest Street.
