Friday

Police received a report at 8:38 p.m. of a car break-in at Braccia's Four66 Pub & Grill on Route 1.

Sunday

Herb Chambers Chevy/Hummer reported to police at 12:10 p.m. a break-in.

Allyson Cross, 18, of 70 Centre St., Danvers, was arrested at 12:26 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing at her residence.

Marblehead

Friday

Nathaniel Parker, 24, of 108 Linden St., Salem, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. and charged with drunken driving and negligent driving following a motor vehicle crash Pleasant Street Bessom Street. Police said Parker struck a parked car with his vehicle.

Saturday

Andrew Hamilton, 22, of 11 Riverside Drive, Marblehead, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. and charged with drunken driving and marked lane violation following a motor vehicle stop on Atlantic and Gallison avenues.

Swampscott

Saturday

Michael J. Lane, 52, of 15 Abbott St., Lynn, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and malicious destruction of property less than $250 at a Doherty Circle residence. Patrolman Joseph Kable made the arrest.

Salem

Friday

Police freed a raccoon at 8:35 a.m. from a Dumpster on North Street.

Police received a report at 9:11 a.m. of an unlocked vehicle parked on Sable Road that had several items stolen, including a tool box and a GPS.

Patrolman Dana Mazola responded to Forest Street after a resident reported her fanny pack was either lost or stolen from Market Basket two days earlier.

Saturday

Rocco Cunsolo, 22, of 12A Summer St., Manchester, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property more than $250 following a report of a possible break-in at a Lafayette Street address.

Sheryle M. Henry, 20, of 44 New Park St., Lynn, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. and charged with larceny at her former job, Target, after store management found there was more than $1,200 stolen from a register bag. Police said Henry admitted to stealing the money and had stolen more than $5,000 from Target.

James P. Hayes, 41, of 100 Lafayette St., Salem, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, intimidation of a witness, and indecent assault and battery.

Jose E. Aponte, 22, of 80 Central St., Stoneham, was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a knife), disorderly conduct, and intimidation following a report of a past assault a Prince Street address. Police found the victim on Naumkeag Street and he told police he was involved in a fight with another man who had a knife. The fight happened after police said Aponte threw a plastic soap dispenser out of a Leavitt Street residence. The victim told Aponte he did not "want any problems" but that Aponte then put the dull side of a knife blade to his neck, according to police. Aponte threatened the victim by saying, "Call the cops and watch what happens."

Robinson Mendez, 24, of 34 Rainbow Terrace, Salem, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct at a Palmer Street address.

Peabody

Friday

A 14-year-old was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with shoplifting at Sears at the Northshore Mall.

Saturday

Clinten J. Rennick, 24, of 49 Endicott St., Peabody, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery at his residence.

Todd T. Ferrante, 30, of 19 Bradford Road, Peabody, was arrested at 6:41 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous at Lahey Clinic.

Gridi Shehaj, 30, of 100 Tremont St., Apt. 1, Peabody, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding following a motor vehicle stop on Tracey Street.

Robert M. Dawson, 53, of 266 Newbury St., Unit 21, Peabody, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1.

Sunday

Jonathan M. Brennan, 22, of 5 Perkins St., Peabody, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing following a report of a group of youths possibly fighting near City Hall.

Brian Jennings, 17, of 20 Canal Lane, Somerville, was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with breaking an entering in the nighttime following a report of a man breaking into a car on Andover Drive.

Kirk M. Pickard, 33, of 15 Sewall St., Apt. 1, Peabody, was arrested at 11:42 a.m. and charged with shoplifting at Sears.

Beverly

Saturday

Marcio O. Dutra, 28, of 18 King St., Peabody, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, threatening to commit a crime, and assault and battery on Bartlett Street.

Kristen E. Gilgun, 26, of 6 Paul Ave., Salem, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime at an Elliott Street address.
