DANVERS - Ret. Lt. Ted Edward Foster, 76, of Boxford, husband of Dorothy Ann (Connors) Foster, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 30, 2008 in the Harborside Cedar Glen Health Care Center in Danvers following a long illness.
