The correct name of the player is Rebecca Graves of Bishop Fenwick High School, who helped the Northeast Team win a bronze medal at the event. Hockey A sign-up meeting for all potential Peabody High School hockey players will be held Tuesday at the Peabody High fieldhouse at 5 p.m. Anyone wishing to play in the program next winter is asked to attend this signup meeting. nnn The 29th annual Cape Ann Hockey School will be held over four weeks this August at the McVann-O'Keefe Rink in Peabody. The camp, for boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 18, will be held in both one-week and two-week (Aug. 4-15 and Aug. 18-29) increments. Players ages 5-9 go from 8:30-10:30 a.m. each day, followed by ages 9-12 (10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) and players ages 13-18 (5-7 p.m.). Cheerleading YellowJackets cheerleading camps, which will be run by local coaches, will be held in Danvers this summer on the following weeks: Aug. 18-22 and Aug. 23-29. Football The 2008 Inaugural All-American Showcase, a one-day event spotlighting some of the state's best high school football talent, will be held at Chelsea High Stadium tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on an Olympic-sized track. Evaluations will take place in the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, 3-Cone drill and the standard broad jump. High school and college coaches from around New England will speak at the showcase, and 1-on-1 performance clinics will be offered. Each athlete will receive a gift bag and combine T-shirt. This NFL sponsored program is for ages 12-14 and is free of charge. The NFL also provides equipment at no charge.
