The Wild Turkey Race tune up clinic with instructor and certified USATF coach Mike Toomey will be held Thursdays, from Oct. 29 through Nov. 26 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Salem Common. ROAD RACE FUNDRAISER
Brenda's Bosom Buddies will be hosting a 5K road race on Sunday, Nov. 9, beginning at Champions Pub on Foster St. in Peabody. There will be a $20 entry fee due by Oct. 31 to help pay for Brenda Forsythe's medical bills. Post entry fees will be $22. LEARN TO SKATE
Lynn Youth Hockey will be starting its Learn to Skate and In-House Program on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 10 a.m. Kids ages 3-8 will start at 10 a.m. while kids ages 9-12 will follow at 11 a.m. The In-House Program will also consist of a game on Sunday at 10:40 a.m. for ages 3-8 while ages 9-12 will start at 11:40. CARDIO TENNIS
Cardio tennis will be held on the first three Wednesdays in October (7th, 14th and 21st) from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Salem High tennis courts, for ages 16-plus.
