SWIMMING

Arlington Catholic 86, Bishop Fenwick 84: AC won the final relay to edge the Crusaders. Brothers Carson and Connor Christuk each won two events, as Carson won the 100 breast (state qualifying time of 1:01.66) and the 200-IM (qualifying time of 2:03.41). Connor, a freshman, won the 50 free in 25.25 and the 500 free in 5:15.97. The Crusaders also won the 200 medlay relay (Bridgett Townsend, Pablo Jiminez and both Christuks) and the 200 free relay (Linsey Andrews, Jiminez, Nicole DiMegilo and Carson).

WRESTLING

Triton 33, Georgetown/Ipswich 30: Ipswich’s Derek Chamberlain won via fall at 285 pounds but the Georgetown and Tigers co-op team fell to 1-2 on the season.

Prep Wins Quad Meet: The Eagles (10-1) rolled through the competition, defeating Duxbury 74-0, Mashfield 67-6, Southerstern Regional 76-6 and Pembroke 72-9. Malcolm Mitchell (106), MIchael Dik (120), Hunter Costa (126), Jack Anderson (138), Jared Costa (145), Fred Colberg (152), Ben DiNatale (160), Solomon White (170), Ian Butterbrodt (220) and Jay Carnevale won all four of their respective matches.

Beverly places sixth at Milford tourney: John Jones (106 pounds) was first overall in his weight class, while Jonah Feingold (120) also took first over the weekend.

The Panthers (2-5) dropped a quad meet yesterday, but junior Brendan Strout (160) won his first career match.
