The honors are rolling in for Salem State basketball star Brian Clark, who earned a spot on the prestigious National Association of Basketball Coaches All-Northeast team.
Clark enjoyed an explosive senior season with the Vikings, averaging 18.8 points per game and 5.9 rebounds while earning his second consecutive MASCAC Player of the Year award.
More importantly, Clark helped Salem State win the MASCAC title and return to the Division 3 NCAA tournament.
The NABC selects Division 3 All-District teams around the country, and the Northeast first team honored six players from the greater New England area. DaQuan Brooks of Western Connecitcut was named the NABC's region Player of the Year and Eastern Conn. State's Bill Geitner was named region Coach of the Year.
