Danvers Babe Ruth registration is now available on-line at http://www.sportssignup.com/Danvers-Babe-Ruth-Online-Registration.start for players and coaches for Prep Division (13's), Major Division (14-15) and Senior division (16-19). Registration closes on March 16 with play evaluations on March 31 and the draft April 4. The registration fee is $140 with a family maximum of $190; there is a $25 late fee for registrations completed after March 16.

Salem Little League's Final Registration for the 2012 season will be held Thursday night, March 15, at the Salem Council on Aging, 5 Broad St. from 6:30-7:30 PM. The Middleton American Legion Post is sponsoring a Junior Legion team for players ages 14-17 this year. The team will play a 22-game schedule in June and July. There will be an informational meeting on April 1 at 5 at the Boxford Community Center. Try-outs will take place May 13 and May 20 at East Street Field in Middleton. The Harlem Superstars Comedy Basketball Game against Beverly Faculty DreamTeam will take place Thursday, March 15, at 6:30 p.m. at the Beverly High School Field House. Autograph signing, photo opportunities with a 7-footer, interactive halftime show, amazing dunks, and good food make for a great family night out. Tickets are available at all city elementary schools and Todd's Sporting Goods. Presale cost is $7, $10 at the door.
