Carolyn Scacchi, a senior middle blocker who guided Peabody High to an unbeaten regular season mark and the No. 1 seed in the Division 1 North state playoffs, was named the Northeastern Conference’s Player of the Year for a second straight season.
This also marks the third straight season that Scacchi has been named to the NEC All-Conference Team. The Tanner captain was also chosen for the All-State team.
