BOYS TRACK

Hamilton-Wenham 95, Ipswich 50

Everything is going so well for the Hamilton-Wenham track team right now that it probably doesn't even want a day off.

Fresh off winning the Class D State Relays the previous day, the Generals closed out the regular season at 9-1 yesterday, winning the Cape Ann League Small title.

Meanwhile, junior Jackson MacDonald, who has had a spectacular season, established a school record for most points during a dual meet season. MacDonald, who regularly wins three or four events, finished the season with 198 points, shattering the mark set by Alex DeJong, who accumulated 185 points in 1999.
