Masconomet 88, Manchester Essex 74: Carlyn Soares continued to swim well for the Chieftains, winning both the 200 free (2:01.25) and 100 breast stroke (1:11.72). Alex Galarneau (50 free, 23.62), Michael Bartley (500 free, 5:44.76) and Emily Dow (100 free, 1:18.85) also had wins for Masco (4-2).
Hamilton-Wenham 90, Ipswich 78: Josh Colamenta (50 free, 25.60) and Joey Spinale (100 back, 1:08) were the individual event winners for Ipswich, while the 200 free relay of Justin Bergner, Kyle Ivanov, Austin Rubino and Jackie Bouvier also came out on top.
Revere 57, Salem 24: Sophomore Deema Hijleh won two events, remaining unbeaten in the 300 with a time of 46.5 and also winning the high jump with a leap of 4-feet-10 inches. Senior Joy Lima also won, taking the dash in 6.4 seconds.
Revere 62, Salem 24: Jon Crimble ran the 300 in 38.2, finishing a nose behind Revere’s Robert Rose in a photo finish. Salem’s Ben Sattiewhite cleared 6-feet in the high jump to win his event as well.
Hamilton-Wenham 122.4, Peabody 107.3: Peabody sophomore Sam Kinnaly was first in all-around with a 31.3 (second on vault 8.2, second on bars 7.1, first on beam 8.0 and second on floor 8.0). Becca Boccuzzi was tied for second on bars at 7.0 for the Tanners (0-3).
