Area roundup: Gulls nip Skidmore with late goal

Endicott 9, Skidmore 8: Scott McCormack netted the winning goal with 1:33 to play and Endicott (2-1) scored four of the game’s last five goasl to come from behind and take down Skidmore at home. Beverly native Nick Pinciaro had two goals and two assists and McCormack’s winner was his fourth goal of game. Sam Ozycz helped the Gulls control the pace with 13 ground balls, Cam Bell made 10 saves and Josh Tordick dished out three assists.


Endicott 16, WelleslEy 3: Holly Davis pumped in six goals as Endicott (1-0) cruised in their season opener on the road. Rachel Campos had three goals as the Gulls went up 6-0 in the first half and did not relent. Kelly Tierney and Callie Murphy each scored two goals for Endicott.
