“They (the Kastles) have a little more firepower so our margin of error is a little smaller,” explained Schultz. “It’s a matter of playing our best tennis. Our team is psyched to be in the playoffs with the opportunity to be able to knock them out.”
Today mark’s Boston’s first playoff appearance since 2011, when they fell to Washington in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Lobsters also lost in the conference championship in 2010, to New York, and are looking to make their first Mylan World Team Tennis final since 1978.
