Newburyport 12, Danvers 7: Rachel Trocchi scored five goals for the Falcons (5-1).
Marblehead 18, Wilmington 7: Adrienne Ciccone, Emily Freedland, Sydney Cayen and Kelsey Detels each netted three goals for the Magicians (4-4). Lucy Poulin recorded a game-high four goals, while Corinne Mayle scored a pair in the victory.
Hamilton-Wenham 15, Georgetown 6: Phoebe Shaw and Kendell Santin each scored three goals and Ashley Gregory added two as the Generals pulled away from Georgetown. Catherine Ecker, Jenn Casey, Annie Whelan, Kayla Frain, Molly Eagar, Megan Stone and Sophie Frain each had singles goals for H-W. Marie Morency, Hannah Johnson, Eliza Roberts and goalie Lauren White played well defensively.
Hamilton-Wenham 4, Newburyport 1: The Generals (1-3) picked up their first win of the season after sweeping the doubles matches thanks to top team Frankie Bucco/Al vonStaats (7-6, 8-6, 5-3) and second doubles team Scott Hughes/Trevor Jones (6-2, 6-3). Second singles Koby Noguchi (6-1, 6-3) and third singles Jack Leary (6-1, 6-1) were also victorious as H-W improved to 1-2 in the Cape Ann League.
Beverly 4, Revere 1: Peter Coletti (6-0, 6-2) and Leonard Schulz (6-0, 6-0) earned wins in singles action for the Panthers (4-0). Doubles teams Conor Gill/Eno Jahaj (6-2, 6-0) and Connor Irving/Christian Ayer (6-0, 6-0) also picked up win.
Swampscott 3, Lynn Classical 2: The Big Blue were able to pull back to .500 (3-3) thanks to a hard-fought win from Daniel Jacobson and John Rizk at second doubles. Jacobson and Rizk prevailed 6-4, 5-7, 7-6 (7-4) to put away the Rams. Ian Crimmins also won at second singles, 6-2, 6-2, while Erick Eaton and Mike Pindrus were victorious at first doubles, 6-1, 6-1.
Marblehead 3, Danvers 2: Chris Wigglesworth (4-6, 6-2, 6-1) won at first singles and Dimitri Vlassov (6-1, 6-0) did the job at No. 3 singles to help the Magicians edge Danvers. Griffin Butterfield and Justin Faia won 6-0, 6-0 at first doubles for the winners.
Swampscott 5, LC 0: First singles Ana Raptunovich (6-0, 6-0), second singles Veronica Pyatigorskaya (6-0, 6-0) and third singles Jessica Zolott (6-1, 6-0) made quik work of their opponents for Swampscott (3-1). Anya Pederson and Sara Cunningham (7-6, 9-7, 6-4) won a tough first doubles match while Chelsea Todtfeld and Michelle Shnayder (6-7, 6-4, 7-4) prevailed at second doubles.
