Endicott baseball wins again at New England Regional

The Endicott College baseball team moved within two wins of the Division 3 College World Series as Davarn Nova came on to record a four-out save in the second round of the New England Regional in Harwich.

Harry Oringer, Brett Holmgren and Tad Gold (two hits) drove in runs as Endicott (32-14) played two in the seventh to stretch a lead they initially grabbed in the top of the second. Zac Poland went five innings and allowed one run to move to 8-0 on the season.

With the win, Endicott advance’s to the semi-finals of the double-elimination regional. A win today would put the Gulls in the New England Regional final for the second straight season.
