Beverly 81, Lynn English 51: Matt Heckman had a fantastic day, winning the long jump (19-11), the 200 (24.1) and the 400 hurdles (66.2) to pace Beverly to its first win of the season. Campbell Wood (2-mile, 10:57) and Anthony Harris (high hurdles, 16.5 and triple jump, 37-1) also picked up key first place points for the Panthers.

Swampscott 74, Danvers 59: The Big Blue improved to 3-3 with a balanced performances that included first-place finishes from Aidan Brawley (javelin, 139-feet), Maleek Newsome (200, 22.9), Declan McClung (400, 53.2), Pete Hale (mile, 4:36), Zack Blonder (100, 11.4), Matt Mahoney (2-mile, 10:39) and Noah Conti (low hurdles, 62.8).

Fenwick sweeps Matignon, St. Joseph’s Prep: Charlie Maistrellis (long jump, dash), Andrew Carlin (discus, high jump) and Nick Tambini (high and low hurdles) each won two events to power the Crusaders to wins over Matignon (114-19) and St. Joe’s (115-10). Mitch Uretsky also had his first win in shot put, Ben Maxner won the 400, and Ryan Connolly captured the 200 for Fenwick (7-0).
