Gordon 64, Salve Regina 62: Hans Miersma grabbed an offensive rebound and converted the put-back with just seconds remaining for the game-winning bucket as Gordon bumped its record to 9-5. David Dempsey had a team-high 14 points, Miersma finished with 13 points and Park Thomas added 11 points for the Scots. .
Curry 83, Endicott 73: Lance Greene was 7 for 11 from the floor with a team-high 20 points for Endicott (7-6) which dropped to 2-4 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference. John Henault chipped in 19 points for Endicott however a 17-4 run by Curry to end the game sealed the Gulls third straight conference loss.
Curry 55, Endicott 53: Sophomore Carley Stauffer was 4 for 8 from long range for a career-high 12 points but the Gulls (9-4) suffered their first CCC defeat. Kelsey Cuddy added 11 points off the bench while Jen McBrien and Samantha Crough scored eight points each and combined for 14 rebounds.
Salve Regina 62, Gordon 39: Brooke Kratche (13 points) nailed a turn-around jumper to begin the game but it would be Gordon’s (2-12) only lead of the game. The Scots are now 0-7 in CCC play. Lauren Kranyak led Gordon with 17 points.
UNE 119, Gordon 77: Emily David scored first place finishes in the 200 IM (2:26.22) and the 100 backstroke (1:05.50) while Nicole St. Martin won the 200 freestyle (2:09.14) for Gordon. Julianne Kirkpatrick was first in the 500 freestyle (6:01.89). The men’s club team meanwhile won 106-66 behind double-winner Andrew Lewis, who topped the 200 (2:02.19) and 500 (5:30.15) freestyles.
