Ipswich, Senior

Midfield

Three-time Cape Ann League all-star ... Player of the Year in CAL Baker Division this fall ... Member of the National Honor Society is also an accomplished bass clarinetist ... Netted five goals and three assists to rank third on the Tigers in scoring despite playing primarily on defense ... Captain became for Ipswich’s younger players ... Hopes to continue his soccer career at the collegiate level, but hasn’t decided on a school.



RUSSELL GRIGORIAN

Hamilton-Wenham, Senior

Striker

Played both forward and midfield for the Generals while serving as a team captain ... Named to the EMass all-star team ... Ranked as the No. 2 player in the Cape Ann League ... Scored a team-high 20 goals and added seven assists ... A two-time CAL all-star ... Led Hamilton-Wenham to the Division 4 North final against league rival Georgetown ... Netted a hat trick in a victory over Lynnfield during the regular season ... Carries a 3.2 grade point average.



NICK LOEPER

Hamilton-Wenham, Senior

Defense

Anchor in the backfield for the Generals earned an All-Cape Ann League nod after a stellar season ... Helped his team to 10 shutout performances as the sweeper ... Was a key part in the Generals’ long tournament run ... Gave up the second-fewest goals in the league (behind state champion Masconomet) with the help of Loeper’s strong leadership on defense ... Played a big role in two playoff shutouts ... Carries a 3.9 GPA.



JUSTIN CARNEVALE

Beverly, Junior

Goalkeeper

Team MVP ... Started in every game since he was a freshman except for two when he was injured ... Part of the huge turnaround within the BHS soccer program ... Extremely fearless in net ... Combines a very strong technical understanding with a natural athleticism ... Helped Beverly reach the state tournament each of the last two seasons ... Best individual performance game came against Concord-Carlisle in which he made 17 saves ... Selected to the Northeastern Conference all-conference team.
