Lauren Marie Talbot and David Grant Sertich were married on May 29, 2011, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Marblehead; Father Michael Steele officiated.
The bride's Maid of Honor was her sister, Moira Anne Talbot. The groom's brothers, John L. Sertich, and James L. Sertich were the Best Men. A reception followed at the Eastern Yacht Club, and a brunch was held the following day at the home of the bride's parents.
Mrs. Sertich is an Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Consulting Group of Callan Associates in San Francisco. She graduated from Dartmouth College. She is the daughter of Laurence I. and Deborah C. Talbot of Marblehead, granddaughter of George and Marie Coleman of Naples, Fla., and M.M. Patricia Talbot of Mashpee.
Mr. Sertich is the Business Strategy Analyst for Stanford University's Athletic Department in Palo Alto, Calif. He graduated from Princeton University. He is the son of John L. and Carolyn G. Sertich of Lafayette, Calif., and grandson of Patricia Grant of Sarasota, Fla.
The bride and groom have made their home in San Francisco. The couple will spend their honeymoon in Hong Kong and Thailand.
