Kelli Ann Pender and Mark Christopher Rapisardi were both raised in Massachusetts, so it seemed natural that they came home from California to be married on Sept. 4, 2010 at a sunset ceremony on the grounds of The Endicott Estate in Dedham. The musical renditions of an authentic bagpiper filled the air prior to the ceremony. Mr. Henri E. Gough officiated at the marriage.
Kelli is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Pender of Norwood. The bride's father gave her away at the ceremony.
Mark was escorted down the aisle by his parents, Ms. Jacqueline Rapisardi of Boxford, and Mr. Frank Rapisardi of Hampton Beach, N.H.
The maid of honor was Robyn Reynolds, longtime friend of the bride. Bridesmaids included Jaynemarie Hunt, cousin of the bride, Angelina Achak, Jenny Dorsey, Jeanne Keuchler, and Shellene Gutierrez, all friends of the bride from California.
The groom's brother, Brent Rapisardi, was the best man. Groomsmen were Joseph DiGioia, the groom's cousin, Joseph Pender, the bride's brother, Tre Lucas, Joseph Cahill, Michael St. Claire and Josh Kistler, who are all longtime friends of the groom.
A festive reception followed at the historical Endicott Estate in Dedham.
After vacationing in Hawaii on their honeymoon, the couple returned to their residence in Southern California.
