The Cabot unveiled two new large murals it commissioned, by artists from as far away as Brazil and England, during a community dedication ceremony on Aug. 6. The murals, installed on either side of the brick exterior facade of the historic theater on Cabot Street in downtown Beverly, were painted over two weeks in July. Helen Bur and Sam Worthington, both from London, painted one mural while Alex Senna, of Sao Paulo, Brazil, painted the other. They were selected from more than 70 mural artists who applied for the project.
