Steven Regal has joined DMS Design LLC, a full-service architecture and interior design firm in Beverly, as an architectural associate. He will be responsible for the design and production of complex multifamily housing projects. Previously a senior project manager at The Architectural Team, Inc., Regal’s award-winning projects include a 660,000-square-foot mixed-use development overlooking Boston Harbor and 280 luxury apartments at the former Hilltop Steakhouse site on Route 1 in Saugus.
Dr. Fern E. Selesnick is celebrating the 10th anniversary of her practice at Marblehead Dental. Based in Marblehead, Marblehead Dental employs a staff of 10 and provides general and preventive dental services, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. A Marblehead resident, Selesnick graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and has been practicing family dentistry since 1985. Gienapp Architects, a Danvers-based architecture firm, was awarded a design contract by the Town of Boxford for the building envelope repair and HVAC design project at Boxford Town Hall. Selected based on their history of creative design solutions, Gienapp Architects has worked with the Town of Boxford before, notably on the Aaron Wood Building and the Lincoln Hall project.
Care Dimensions, a Danvers-based provider of hospice and palliative care in Massachusetts, has added a student loan repayment benefit to its employee benefit package. “We hope the student loan repayment benefit will distinguish us as a nonprofit employer of choice,” said Kristine DiFiore, Care Dimensions vice president and chief human resource officer. The 100% employer-paid benefit provides $50 per month to help eligible employees pay off their student debt faster and access a loan refinancing program.
