Donna Deveau has been named vice president for philanthropy at Care Dimensions, a provider of hospice and palliative care services based in Danvers. Deveau has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership. Most recently, she was vice president of corporate communications and community engagement at Home Health Foundation in Lawrence. In her new role, she will lead efforts to build private support for Care Dimensions’ work and mission.
Care Dimensions has received a $100,000 donation from philanthropist and Manchester resident Ralph E. Bates. “Mr. Bates has a long history of supporting nonprofit organizations that help people in need,” said Care Dimensions President Patricia Ahern in a statement. “We are truly honored that he recognized Care Dimensions and its vital role in helping patients and their families and the general community when they need it most — when they are dealing with an advanced illness or coping with grief.” Based in Danvers, Care Dimensions provides hospice and palliative care services.
