Selvin Garcia, 27, of 19 Mall St., Lynn, was arrested on Essex Street at 4:36 p.m. and charged with driving without a license and failure to turn right in a right-turn lane.
Police arrested Thomas P. Donahue, 21, of 21 Rainbow Terrace, Salem, after he swerved into the wrong lane on Loring Avenue, forcing a police cruiser to pull to the right to avoid a collision. Donahue was charged with a marked lanes violation and driving with a suspended license.
Benjamin J. Moulton, 23, of 201 Pawtucket St., Lowell, and Gregory S. Racine, 23, of 10 Cross St., Salem, were arrested at 12:53 a.m. after allegedly attempting to break into a boarded-up building on Derby Street. Both men were charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and attempting to commit a crime.
Janelle Loureiro, 23, of 26 Columbia Road, Danvers, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery.
