All-time Thanksgiving series: Malden Catholic leads all-time series, 2-0. This will be their first Thanksgiving contest against one another.

Bishop Fenwick Points For/Points Against avg.: 31.2 PF, 11.7 PA

Malden Catholic For/Points Against avg.: 18.8 PF, 31.3 PA

Bishop Fenwick's top players: David Cifuentes, Sr., RB/DE (115 rushes, 733 yards, 16 TDs); Chrys Wilson, Jr., QB/LB (68-for-108, 1,168 yards, 15 TDs); Jason Romans, Soph., QB/WR/FS (25-for-50, 350 yards, 4 TDs); Angel Martinez, Jr., WR/CB (31 carries, 515 yards, 4 TDs); Joe Rivers, Sr., RB/OLB (17 catches, 300 yards, 5 TDs; 25 carries, 221 yards, 2 TDs).

Bishop Fenwick keys to victory: Get off to a good start; simple as that. There's no question Fenwick is the more talented and experienced team, but MC has certainly turned in some strong performances this fall. If the Crusaders can score early and often and control the pace of the game from there, they'll be in great shape to earn their 10th win of the season.

Malden Catholic keys to victory: The Lancers have been outscored by an average of nearly 13 points per game and are allowing as many points against (31.3 ppg) as Bishop Fenwick is putting up. If a two-win Lancers' team is going to keep pace with the Super Bowl bound Crusaders, they'll likely have to slow down the flow of the game and win a defensive battle.

Potential Unsung Heroes: Keep an eye on Fenwick sophomore receiver Jason Romans. The second-year standout has spent time at quarterback this fall and been successful, but he'll likely line up at wide receiver come Thursday. Romans is extremely athletic and has a lot of poise for an underclassman; look for Wilson to get him involved in the passing game.

Bishop Fenwick seniors: David Cifuentes, RB/CB; Carl Thomas, WR/FS; Joe Rivers, RB/OLB; Sonny Gosselin, DT/G; T.J. Hazard, G/DT; Dan McGrath, DE/FB; Andrew Wallace, G/DT; Jake Miano, SS/SB; Tim Lee, OL/DL.
